is
Refugiums
If you have a marine aquarium and want another cool gadget to play
with I recommend a refugium. For those not familiar, a refugium is a
small aquarium that either sits next to or hangs on your marine or
reef aquarium. This system is being used more and more by aquarists to
continually cycle/filter water into and out of the existing tank. A refugium typically contains live rock,
macro algae, a type of lighting,
and a deep sand or mud bed. Caulerpa and Mangroves are among the most
popular inhabitants of refugiums. They help pull out phosphates and
nitrates which in return will give your aquarium better water quality
and help control the growth of nuisance algae. One of the best things
about a fuge is that they can be totally customized. We stock complete
refugium startup kits and lots of small
aquariums and lights that will fit your system perfectly. Stop by and

Plenty of new baby birds are filling the nursery now. New babies include
African Greys, Nandays, Lories, Suns conures and more Caiques coming
soon.
We have been receiving regular, fancy and Roborovski
dwarf varieties. Beautiful rabbits in a variety of breeds have been
coming in almost every week. The ultimate in cute!
We get many other exotic babies as they are available, seasonally, such as
kinkajous and
coati mundis. Most only require a
simple personal possession permit from Florida Fish and Wildlife (except
capuchin).
As always, George the Capuchin monkey and
Fabio the Lemur are here to entertain everyone. Be sure to stop by and

BPC EXOTIC ANIMALS
There are some marmoset
babies born recently and they will available in a few weeks.
Chinchillas have been frequently in-stock and baby hedgehogs are now in
stock and are regularly available. Some really
cool, rare ball pythons have been available lately in beautiful colors
and patterns. Lots of awesome Leopard Gecko color morphs are also
in-stock now.
